Austin FC just dropped The Violet Crown Kit, the club's first-ever third jersey, and its first-ever in purple, as a part of the 2026 adidas Archive Collection. And the club app told the whole story. The launch film leads, front and center.

Then, as you scroll, the story becomes more potent, panel by panel:

🟣 The Kit: the club's eighth jersey in retro typeface and violet palette.
🟣 The Jocktag: "Underneath the Violet Crown," the lyric Austin FC supporters sing at every home match, stitched right into the kit.
🟣 The Backneck: yes, the original MLS logo, connecting the club to throwback culture in a meaningful way.
🟣 The Colors: a departure from tradition, the violet and pink hues bringing the Austin sunset to life. Detail shots and player imagery are woven throughout, so fans feel the intention and the meaning before they ever tap Shop the Kit.

The Philadelphia 76ers gave every fan a personalized 2025-26 season recap, presented by NJM Insurance Group. One of the most unique things is that this recap opens with a number: your Fan Loyalty Score.

That score isn't guesswork. It's built from how you, as a fan, actually followed the team: time in the app, push notifications opened, videos watched. It hands you a number (say, 36.0) and instantly shows where you rank (say, in the top 32.5% of all fans). Then it dives deeper.

🏀 Your Fan Stats: time in app, day streak, games watched, first session, and your most active game, down to the opponent and date. Most with your percentile attached, so you know where you stand.
🏀 Your Season in Numbers: the team's year alongside yours: wins and losses, PPG, East seed, dunks, threes.
🏀 The Top 10 Moments: ten pieces of video the Sixers made app-exclusive, off their site and socials. VIP by design.
🏀 Your Fan Identity, where the score drops into a tier: Rising Fan, All-Star, or Hall of Fame, with sub-tags pulled from your real behavior. Streak Keeper. Deep Content. High Attendance.
🏀 And the best part? A shareable card with your tier, score, and percentile, and a button straight to the 2026-27 schedule. Yup, the run continues into the next season, as it should.

Two touches worth the builder's credit: if a fan attended zero games, the board swaps in Articles Read so it never looks empty for out-of-market fans. And the whole thing turns app usage into status, show up more, rank higher, earn (no, own) the tier.

Because you, the fan, deserve your stats, too.
It was your season, too, and you showed up for it.

That's the bold, unapologetic line that welcomed fans into the Real Salt Lake app when the club launched their new Black Diamond Kit.

Inspired by the mountains of the region, the Black Diamond kit (and a kit-launch digital takeover to match) is RSL doing what RSL does.

🏔️ A jersey card that lets fans create their own personalized digital version and save it straight to their device.

The whole kit-launch hub goes as dark as the kit, with black, gold, and deep red patterns, gradients, and textures, evoking the spirit of the mountains just after sundown. Bringing the character of the peaks to life in digital.

Two platform touches under the hood: the app's bottom nav went fully dark too, and the app's navigation was transformed with a pill-style waistband. Here's our favorite part, though. The blackout look pushed the club's app into newer card styles and layouts, and the club now likes these new layouts enough to keep using them even after the blackout takeover reverts this week.

A one-game look that becomes a lasting upgrade.

Part of the Adidas Archive Collection. Vintage cream base, the color of treasured Philly sports memorabilia, aged ticket stubs, faded photographs, championship apparel passed from one generation to the next. The sleeve and collar colors drawn from every major Philly sports team. And a nod to the city, with PHILLY (both word and, yes, the city skyline) across the chest.

Shot in a setting that looks like it was pulled straight from Philadelphia’s history, with dark wood, grand staircases, and players who look ready to make the city their own. The birth of the nation, revealed on a club's kit, is genuinely special.

Senators fans can unlock a dedicated French content hub directly from their profile:

Sporting Kansas City vs. St. Louis CITY SC is Blue Hell, one of the fiercest rivalries in MLS. And, for rivalry week, from August 16-20, the Sporting KC app brought Blue Hell into the app.

When you opened the app this past week, a goosebumpy hype reel greeted you right at the top: fan passion, the noise, and pure electricity. This is a rivalry, and the home page feels like it.

Then the hunt began.

Actually, five of him. If you found all five hidden T-Racs between August 7 and 14 in the Titans app, you were in the running for a Cam Ward jersey.

A navy-and-cream pinstripe design, inspired by the distinguished tailoring of the 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘯 films and created in collaboration with Brentford shareholder and 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘯 director Sir Matthew Vaughn. The same heritage that defines Savile Row is woven into every detail, crafted with the guidance of H. Huntsman & Sons, the renowned tailor whose Savile Row headquarters serves as the home of the 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘯 agents on screen.

The kit was led from concept to completion by co-owner and NFL great JJ Watt—nearly two years in the making, every detail his call, from the crest to the colour palette.

The launch film casts him as “The Milkman” (a nod to his NFL nickname), driving a milk float through the Lancashire countryside to deliver “the cream” to Burnley.
