The 2026 NHL Draft starts tonight.
The Dallas Stars Draft digital takeover started yesterday.
We worked with the Dallas Stars to transform their app in time for this tentpole event in the NHL calendar. The team has new picks. The app has a new coat of paint, with new features and new cards. I mean, it's the Draft. The app deserved a star treatment. A multi-day digital takeover for a multi-day event. The Stars app will continue dynamically refreshing, from pre-Draft mode (yesterday), heading into Round 1 (tonight), and through Rounds 2-7 (Saturday). Something new to see every time you open up the app throughout the Draft.
It all starts with a countdown to the Draft, right on the home screen of the app. Then our new NHL Draft features take over.
