Detroit Lions 'Drink of the Game' Passport

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥.

We all remember clutching a physical passport card and collecting physical stamps in it, towards some kind of streak or big reward. The Detroit Lions went digital with it, and brought that concept to Ford Field and to their app.

Every Lions home game last season featured a themed Drink of the Game: a one-off cocktail built specifically for that Lions matchup.

Show up at a Lions home game, order the special drink at any bar in the stadium, scan the custom-designed QR code at the bar through your Lions app, and a digital stamp (with the image of the drink) lands right into your Lions app passport. Collect digital stamps across the season, and watch your Lions app drink passport fill up.

The bar and the app were connected, in a game-by-game, themed way. Every drink became part of the collection, and every fan who scanned became someone the Lions could recognize and reward.
