To mark Canada Day, we look back at one of our favourite builds of the year. For Milano Cortina 2026, we transformed the Team Canada app multiple times, with takeovers intentionally designed to meet different moments.

๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ฌ. The special one. Every time Canada podium-ed with a gold medal, there was a fresh app takeover for it. Team Canada got to use it five times. Five gold medals for Canada. Five moments worth celebrating. A digital celebration built in advance, waiting for gold.
4 digital takeovers in 25 days. ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ

๐ ๐ช๐ด๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฒ. Thank you, Ellen McCann, Mark Nadolny, Serena Adatia, for the years of collaboration with you. It's not just your ideas and innovation that inspire us. It's your kindness and enthusiasm that genuinely make us dig deeper, to do more for you and with you. Working with you is a gift and a joy. This app is special to us in so many ways. It's the app with the most athletes, sports, and medal moments. And now, it's the app with the most unique takeovers within the shortest period of time. A new best practice.
๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฑ๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐ณ๐ฒ. Aislinn Keenan, Justin Clevenger, for redesigning the Team Canada Olympic takeovers. Ana Baskinger for the ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ฑ ๐๐ข๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ด graphic.
